Elizabeth and Evelyn, together with Mary-Louise Lynch from SiSi and Women’s Aid CEO Sarah Benson gave a talk to students, staff and alumni of Cork Counselling services about the sharp rise in domestic abuse during lockdown. The talk covered surviving abuse, client presentations, perpetrator tactics, the social/political context, available support and further professional development.
